Full time (37.5 hours per week) Must be flexible to cover a variety of shifts from 6am - 7pm working 5 days out of 7.

Here at Serco we're looking for a Chef to join us at University Hospital Southampton. Working in both the Retail and Patient Dining Kitchen, you will provide a first-class food service to staff, visitors, and patients. You will prepare daily menu item for patients, staff and public/visitors whilst ensuring the departments hygiene standards are maintained in all food preparation, production and holding areas.

What you'll need to do the role
You will have substantial experience, training and qualification essential (to HNC level or equivalent relevant level of knowledge) and an intermediate food Hygiene Certificate, NVQ 3 or equivalent in catering. Knowledge of special diets is also desirable.
