£35,000 - £45,000 pa (DOE) + Excellent Corporate Benefits Package

Reporting into the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality soft services, managing the service, budget and the staff.

You will be responsible for delivering against the relevant KPIs and ensuring all staff are appropriately trained.

In conjunction with other departments (i.e. NHS FV Dietetics) you will formulate, implement and monitor policies in line with the organisational objectives and NHS guidelines.

What you'll need to do the role

You will hold an Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate with a HND or City & Guilds (or equivalent). You will have experience of managing a catering operation, preferably a fresh cook production service within a healthcare environment.
