About the job:
My Client currently require the services of a Training Instructor on a Permanent basis. This role include:

*The role will require liaison with many product domain and training communities both domestic and abroad thus offering plenty of variety
*Be involved with Training working group participation and conduct Technology Development Workshops this will offer exciting opportunities to diversify the training methods and influence department improvements
*You will be an ambassador for training and develop both the team and the corporate capability
*You will work with the MoD and a wide variety of internal and external partners with excellent exposure to senior management and leadership
To be suitable for this role:
*Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the MoD / Engineering Industry instructional techniques
*You will also ideally have an Instructor Qualification, in a defence or civilian equivalent coupled with experience of working within a Training Team environment
*You will have Experience of the Aerospace Engineering Industry or the Military maintenance instructional environment
*You will have need to have experience of either Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Service Publication (JSP) 822 or Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT)
