We are seeking a Cyber Security Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer you will be responsible for managing the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) through the coordination of security operations activity, management of the cyber security analyst team, service providers and delivery for ongoing service improvement.

You will be responsible for running compliance reports and supporting internal audit process and developing and communicating CSOC performance metric of security operations, recruiting training and assessments of the centre’s staff and act as the focal point for Cyber Security Operations between internal and external support providers.

To be successful in your application you will hold a recognised cyber security qualification such as CISSP, CISM or comparable experience and experience of running a Cyber Security Operations Team. You will also have the proven ability to analyse problems, identify core issues and have demonstrable experience and understanding of technology platforms. You will also have a knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Cloud Security technologies including Microsoft Azure Security Centre, Azure Defender, Microsoft 365 Defender etc.
