Senior Agile Consultants – Permanent – Salary competitive (must be SC cleared or DV cleared)

Our client is looking for Agile Transformation experts with experience working within the defence or security sector to join our clients growing team, who have helped organisations systemically improve their ability to deliver change at the pace they need to succeed.

All candidates must have current SC clearance.

You must have:

-          A minimum of 2 years’ operational experience working within an Agile team delivering, full lifecycle, Agile Transformation programmes

-          A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within the Defence or National Security sector

-          You will also need to hold or be eligible to hold UK security clearance

-          Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with top-level stakeholders

-          Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

-          Excellent written skills 

-          Exceptional stakeholder management skills 

-          Flexibility to travel both nationally and internationally to our clients
