Here at Babcock we are looking to recruit an Infrastructure & Services Support Analyst (Citrix) to provide high quality support and expertise for the operation of the Keynsham/Bristol-based IT data centres(covering general hardware, software, information management, and network support duties).

The role will specialise within the infrastructure support team for maintaining the high availability of core infrastructure CITRIX/VDI applications, which includes CITRIX NetScaler, Webgateway and presented desktop and applications across our multiple IT platforms and delivery channels. The role will undertake monitoring, patching, deploying updates/upgrades, and supporting general CITRIX desktops.

What do I need to do the role?
You will need experience in supporting CITRIX infrastructure, including Webgateway/NetScaler and presented CITRIX applications and desktops in a complex and demanding environment, including Microsoft IIS configuration.

We would also like you to have experience of the following:
• Knowledge of managing common Office infrastructure applications and services e.g. Exchange, Skype, plus an
• awareness of monitoring and management tools such as Solarwinds, SCCM, WSUS and McAfee EPO.
• Knowledge of running systems in a MOD focussed environment including is desirable.
• Some knowledge of network/switch/firewall management & configuration is desirable but not essential.
• Have some technical knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESX infrastructure support to support virtualised serves.
• Windows server and Windows client general support.

What else do I need to know?
• You must be able to start the role on SC Clearance and be happy to obtain DV Clearance. You will be handling UK & US Data/ITAR
