Job Title: Principle Health & Safety Advisor

Location: Bolton

Salary: Up to £42,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Skills & Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Principle Health & Safety Advisor with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a number of departments (engineering, manufacturing, security and facility maintenance. The candidate will need to be well versed in Safety, Health and Environment with a broad understanding of manufacturing and laboratory technologies. Knowledge of SHE legislation and its application and interpretation relevant to the client's operations is essential.

Preferred qualifications by the client include:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (level 6 preferred)

• Certificate in Environmental management

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the client's SHE policies and procedures are effectively implemented at sites through the provision of support/assistance to managers/employees ensuring good safety standards are maintained.

Clearance level: Ability to obtain or currently hold SC Clearance.
