Location: Stevenage

Salary: Up £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Skills & Requirements: We are looking for an Information Systems Project Manager with experience in the Procurement/Supply Chain area. It is required that the individual has knowledge of procurement and supply chain tools, particularly SAP MM/LE/SD. Strong leadership and communication/presentation skills are essential as the role will require the managing of project teams within the organisation and representing the UK at international level. A proven track record of successful project management and the ability to deliver these projects to time, budget and scope.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Information Systems projects to agreed, time, budget and scope. Projects are mainly related to Procurement & Supply Chain domain, but may also be for other domains such as Finance.
• Work closely with the IS Procurement Domain Manager based in France, provide monthly management status report for all projects
• Represent UK requirement for the Procurement & Supply Chain roadmap and projects.
• Initiate and formulate scope, define and deliver business case and obtain budget for UK activities.
• Execute and deploy proven deliverables, handover to operations and close down project.
• Work closely with the IM outsourced Project Managers to ensure efficient roll-out of projects.
• Manage cross-functional internal teams, external consultancies, service providers and software vendors.

Clearance level: Ability to obtain or currently hold SC Clearance.
