Job Details

The post holder will report to the ICT Service Delivery manager (SIAM) and will be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ICT processes and the IOPC lead on the maintenance of a quality ICT service. Responsibilities include the ongoing management and verification of the implementation of ICT policies and procedures, ensuring that processes are developed and delivered accurately and are informed by Continual Service Improvement.

The post holder will be security cleared to a minimum of SC level.

What you will need

Experience:

  • Experience of managing ICT Change Enablement, Release Management and Problem Management
  • Experience of supporting the rigorous management of access controls across a range of systems to ensure that data held by the IOPC is managed well and protected proportionally.
  • Experience of collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop policies and procedures in order to enhance service delivery quality
  • Experience of working with peers to improve their accuracy and the quality / efficiency of ICT processes.
  • Experience of monitoring the timeliness, accuracy and customer satisfaction of incident response and service request fulfilment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong customer focus
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and flexibility of approach.

Technical:

  • Must hold suitable ITIL qualifications
