iPhone Distribution Technician

THE OPPORTUNITY  

Do you have previous iPhone Distribution Technician experience? Are you looking to play a meaningful role in a creative environment? If so, we are searching for someone like you to join our team of experts supporting NATO! 

THE ROLE 

Your daily role responsibilities with our company will be as follows:

• Preparing iPhones in an MDM environment 
• Handing out iPhone to end-users with brief explanation on the functionality
• Basic troubleshooting during roll-out process 
• Backup / Restore iPhone data

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Service Desk skills 
• Excellent communication skills - NATO is an international / multicultural environment and communication  is conducted mainly in English
• Basic Active Directory knowledge (reset password and other basic operations) 
• iPhone/iOS management experience in a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Environment, preferable BlackBerry 
• Good VPN skills
• NATO Secret Clearance or National Equivalent
• Must have the right to live and work in duty location unencumbered
