As a Corporate Policy Manager working within Customer Solutions, you will be responsible for managing policy projects and leading the development of high-quality policy and procedures. Working collaboratively across Customer Services and wider system to support and enable to delivery of effective evidence-based policy techniques. The role will ensure that development follows best practice principles and in accordance with the legislation and governance frameworks. You will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, both internally and across the system, brokering relationships, identifying, and mitigating risks and understand potential barriers.

You'll support the development, maintenance, change control and communication of the Customer Service policies, standards, guidelines, controls and supporting documents. Track internal and external requirements used as input into policy, standard, guideline and control changes with various control owners and other stakeholders. Key duties include:
  • Managing the delivery of the archiving service across the business; develop and improve current archiving processes
  • Reviewing current document lifecycle process ; d esign and implement new processes and systems to improve the document lifecycle process
  • Ensuring physical and electronic filing comply with company policies and procedures
  • Provide business consultancy on the use and management of physical and electronic information
  • Seek ways to leverage technology to evolve the document management services.


What you'll need to do the role:

If you are already an experienced Policy Manager from a customer services background, then we want to hear from you! You should have experience working in a compliance environment, with specific e xperience managing digital or electronic records working to ISO9001 standards. You should have demonstrable ability to manage change and improve processes and procedures as well as experience using Document / Information Management systems.
