Essential Criteria 

??       A proactive self-starter who is able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the programme and project managers, the wider team, stakeholders from across the Bae Systems and varying levels of seniority, and external suppliers 

??       Experience providing Project Management Office (PMO) services on a programme or project including. 

??       Planning & Dependencies

??       RAID management 

??       Risk and Issue

??       Financial Forecasting

??       Governance processes including Programme Board support 

??       Budgeting

??       Reporting

??       Tracking

??       Allocating resources.

??       Document Management

??       Agile

??       Awareness of commercial and financial management.

Typical Qualifications:

??       Prince 2 Practitioner or Foundation
