SUMMARY:
The Digital Enablement programme is seeking to transform the foundational legacy infrastructure and deliver new secure, resilient and scalable digital platforms and services to the University.
A project Manager is required to manage the Identity and Access Management project within the Digital Enablement Programme.
Key Skills Required/Experience:
*PM with experience of working on a complex IDAM/IGA project (12 months+) in a large and complex enterprise (4000+ users), ideally using modern IDAM/IGA technologies and with a diverse range of stakeholders. Thorough understanding of the role, improvement opportunity and complexity of IDAM Services in an enterprise scale organisation.
oMin. 12 months direct experience on a significant IDAM transformation or implementation project, including both technical and process-based service transformation. (Experience is ideally in a lead PM capacity.)
oExperience managing projects with SSO, MFA, Federation, OAuth, Cloud Identity, Identity source synchronisation (e.g. MIM, AAD Connect), PIM, IGA and other Identity based initiatives (desirable).
oExperience working with governance and security teams to pro-actively improve identity-based security services - e.g. User Entity Behaviours Analytics (UEBA), Microsoft Identity Protection, etc.(desirable)
oWorking directly with all stakeholders - external professional service teams, internal design leads, service transition leads, service operations teams, application development teams, security / governance teams, and directly affected end user groups
oEngaging with third parties in Discovery phase to identify appropriate solution and Roadmap
oTranslating outputs/deliverables into an appropriate project wrapper
oLeading the planning and implementation of the project
oDefining a project's scope and goals.
oPlanning and scheduling project timelines.
oCoordinating project staff.
oResource planning and allocation.
oWorking with appropriate IT assurance and Design Authority
oManging risks/issues (especially around the decommissioning/unpicking of the existing LURCIS IDAM from the broader IT landscape).
oManaging project administration, including all documentation.
oEstablishing Project Delivery Group Framework and reporting
oTracking project performance.
oBuilding the roles and responsibilities of a permanent role that would be recruited into position to manage the service once established
