*6 month contract
*Location: Remote

SUMMARY:

The Digital Enablement programme is seeking to transform the foundational legacy infrastructure and deliver new secure, resilient and scalable digital platforms and services to the University.

A project Manager is required for the Digital Enablement Programme build the first foundations of the D365 solution (D365 + Dataverse+ HE accelerator + simple Power Platform capabilities + integration to existing Student record systems) and an enquiry engine for Student Information Services.

Key Skills Required/Experience:

oPM with previous experience of delivering CRM, Data Verse- type data sources, cloud based data solutions, data warehouses, use of Anchor Tenants and data integration
oSignificant Experience of Dynamics 365 (especially Marketing/Sales/Customer Service functionality) and/or Powerplatform (especially Power Apps and Power BI)- and integration with other 3rd party solutions in the overall architecture - with a solid example of a project delivering one or both of these technologies
oEffective stakeholder engagement to capture requirements (functional/non functional) identifying gaps in overall consolidated solution and determining mitigation
oIdentifying resource requirements to build team and capability (Permanent/Contract - and in the short term a 3rd Party Systems Integrator)
oHelping write white papers/ proposals to support the 'acceptance/sign off' of the project
oTranslating outputs/deliverables/scope into an appropriate project wrapper
oLeading the planning and implementation of the project
oPlanning and scheduling project timelines.
oWorking with appropriate IT assurance and Design Authority
oManging risks/issues
oManaging project administration, including all documentation.
oEstablishing Project Delivery Group Framework and reporting
oTracking project performance
oAgile project management.
o3rd party delivery partner management.
