Business Transformation Consultant

Our client have an exciting opportunity for talented Business Transformation Consultant's that are good with data and are comfortable in the Defence industry.
Our client are a rapidly growing Applied Data Science and Technology business, UK.

They are one of the leading providers of data driven decision support within the Defence, Commercial and Public Sectors and offer specialist skills across supply chain, finance and personnel. They have grown over 30% each year for the last five years.

Overview of role:
You will provide support to a wide range of projects solving some of their clients' most challenging problems. You will work with senior staff and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that result in tangible benefits for their clients predominantly in the Defence & Security sector.

As a Consultant (depending on experience you could join the business in their Analyst, Senior Analyst or Consultant grades) you will provide support to a wide range of projects as part of a team solving some of their clients' most challenging problems. You will work with senior staff and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects that result in tangible benefits for their clients predominantly in the Defence & Security sector.

The successful candidate will have:
*Experience working in a similar role, ideally in a consultancy
*A degree or equivalent academic experience
*Excellent data presentation and visualisation skills
*Strong background in business analysis and familiar with change management frameworks
*Ability to manage conflicting priorities and a diverse range of stakeholders
*A sound knowledge of project management principles (a project management qualification and/or experience is desirable)
*Experience of using Agile methodologies
*Security Clearance or the ability to gain it
