PMO opportunities – South of England only 

We are currently recruiting across a wide variety of roles for new and existing programmes with our clients in the Aerospace, Defence and Security sectors.

Through Agile Project Management, technical design and build, automated Testing with an emphasis on 'secure by design' delivery, we will utilise the latest technologies to deliver an interconnected on-premise technology solutions.

These roles require the successful applicants to undergo UK security vetting clearance (or a willingness to apply).

The Opportunity

We're looking for people who have experience working on complex programmes and who understand how to ensure effective project documentation and controls are in place and maintained; including but not limited to project support, risk management, quality control and resource management.

We deliver transformational digital IT programmes to our clients in order to modernize and disaggregate their IT estates while ensuring the highest levels of security.

Our PMO teams are typically responsible for governance, reporting, secretariat, RAID, change control, programme document control (repository, records management and version control), quality control and benefits tracking.​

What you'll be doing

·       Supporting the definition of detailed scope and deliverables for the support office

·       Contributing to establish support office budgets

·       Reporting on variance forecast against budget

·       Delivering services in accordance with agreed scope, acceptance criteria, time, financial and quality measures

·       Assembling and updating project or service plans, escalating deviations from published plans

·       Compiling project/service risk and issue registers

·       Compiling delivery governance reports and project/programme reports

·       Ensuring that delivery methods and tools are used in a manner consistent with the project environment in coordination with the Quality team

·       Completing assignment reviews at agreed periods or points in the project life cycle

·       Completing the reporting metrics as the need arises​

You will need to have

·       Experience of working within a project or program environment

·       Experience of organizing and documenting information

·       A passion for enabling your team to succeed​

It would be great if you had

·       Experience working on a large program as part of a dedicated PMO or leading a PMO function
