Here at Serco we're looking for a Receptionist to join us at Langlands, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow. Reporting into the Contract Manager, you will liaise with visitors, clients, patients and staff by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately in a professional and polite manner.

The Receptionist will provide a customer focused Help Desk service, dealing with all customer requests and responding to calls in a timely fashion and ensuring complaints are dealt with in an efficient and sensitive manner, whilst ensuring appropriate records are maintained.

This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationship and administrative skills. Working as part of a team, the Receptionist / Junior Administrator will be expected to support the Contract Manager and provide an excellent customer focused and administrative support.

What you'll need to do the role
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar receptionist role working within a fast paced, busy environment. Strong customer service and administrative skills are key! We are also looking for someone with a passion for working within the Healthcare environment.
