Job Description Summary You will be responsible for designing and managing processes around global labelling, overseeing all global labelling activities for marketed products, and also playing an important role in providing strategic advice for developing product labelling.

Job Description Responsibilities
  • Develop, improve, and/or implement labelling processes including continuous improvement and staying up to date on regulatory requirements
  • Lead Labelling Working groups to propose changes to labelling documents and manage/document decision making process and supporting documents
  • Create and maintain a compliant and competitive library of the Company Core Data Sheets
  • Provide strategic interpretations of labelling regulations and guidelines in the US, EU, Japan and other international markets
  • Communicate with stakeholders & regulatory authorities on complex labelling concepts
  • Act as key Point of Contact for all Labelling queries from National and Central RA
  • Work closely with the Global and Local Regulatory teams to ensure labelling accuracy and compliance is maintained

Qualifications and experience
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in a Scientific or Life Sciences Discipline
  • Experience developing, implementing and operating labelling processes
  • Strong pharmaceutical labelling  experience
  • Project management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to forge connections with colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to clearly explain concepts, as well as providing training to Reg Affairs colleagues globally
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to identify problems and their solutions, as well as driving them to resolution, delegating where necessary to achieve results
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Desired skills
  • People management experience preferred
