Job Description Summary
Job Description The Supply Chain Operations leader is responsible for building a strong supply chain to enable business performance across the Services Regions and Services Workshops. The Supply Chain Operations Leader will drive supply chain LEAN improvement programs, excellence in material planning and logistics while leading a global team who responsible for driving Quality, Cost, Sourcing, LEAN and Parts Delivery across the Global Services workshops. The Global Supply Chain leader will also drive S&OP across the Services business.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead the supply chain organization comprising of quality, cost, LEAN, sourcing & supply chain deliveries.
- Drive S&OP globally and improve accuracy of sales forecast
- Drive strategic global projects (parts hub and parts localization)
- Drive improvements programs to make sure that the supply chain enable projects to be delivered on time, quality and cost, ensuring on-time delivery and profitability growth in collaboration with regional leaders.

Qualifications/Requirements :
- Bachelor / Master degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, business administration, industrial engineering, etc.
- Extensive experience in supply chain or services organization
- Experience in leading international teams
- Practicing Lean management principles
- Fluent English (negotiation level)

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
