There is a strong focus on agile, modular project delivery, supported by enterprise-wide portfolio management and you could find yourself working on a project for the UK???s critical national infrastructure through to a complex technology enabled business change programme.

The Role of a Business Change and Engagement Lead

You will be joining the Law Enforcement Cloud Platform (LECP) programme whose aim is to re-platform various legacy Law Enforcement applications that fall under Home Office control onto the Cloud, to modernise hosting, to future-proof systems and save taxpayer???s money. More importantly, they are providing the Law Enforcement community a fast, secure, modern and scalable platform to innovate into the future whilst taking advantage of the resilience that the AWS platform provides.

The Busines Change & Engagement Lead will support the change and engagements with the systems ???tenants??? teams, working closely with the Business Change Manager.

Key Accountabilities

??      Refine the High-Level Change Impact Assessment (CIA) and iteratively develop this into a detailed CIA.

??      Analyse the CIA to develop a learning plan to support the tenants change journey.

??      Develop and complete with AWS a Learning Needs Analysis and analyse the results to feed into the change and learning plan.

??      Enhance the readiness assessment for Board reporting and to identify key risks and gaps to be mitigated and managed.

??      Support with stakeholder wide communications collateral.

??      Support to deliver a series of engagements and targeted communications to attract more prospective law enforcement tenants onto the platform.

??      Build good relationships with existing stakeholders to ensure the change journey and migration onto the platform is smooth and positive. 

Required Skills

??      Expertise in change impact process and carrying out analysis

??      Understanding of learning needs analysis

??      Ability to present to programme board/senior management team

??      Experience within a complex programme

??      Ability to identify key risks and gaps to be mitigated

??      Experience of developing content and managing teleconferences

??      Experience of working within a government department

??      Understanding of benefits realisation

??      APMG Business Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent
