Job Description Summary In this role, you will work closely with customers to elicit and document requirements during the early stages of a project, identify solutions to customer business needs and lead the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems and Analytics on top of the GE Digital Product Portfolio. You will act as Product Owner and build customer relationships. You will act as the technical coordinator of the project team, providing your contribution in the design of the solution, the project execution, the on-site installation, and handover to key users.

Job Description Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements through UML
• Act as Product Owner
• Lead design & build of the solution
• Use your knowledge of production processes and manufacturing execution systems to identify solutions to customer business needs and achieve the expected business outcomes
• Design and implement solutions relying on GE Digital Product Portfolio
• Coordinate implementation activities and cooperate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project is healthy in terms of cost, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction.
• Work in team with other departments of the company (Sales, Product Management, Partner Management, etc.) and encourage exchange of project and product related information to maximize the outcome for our customers
• Identify the project methodology (Agile, Waterfall or others) that best fits with the project needs and adopt it throughout the whole project
• Act as a mentor for other members of the GE project team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• In depth knowledge of production processes and industry best practices
• 8y+ experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems as Technical Leader or Product Owner
• Skills in business analysis, solution design, and implementation methodology (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience in requirements elicitation through UML, knowledge of business processes, use cases and RTM
• Experience in software development with Microsoft Visual Studio / Visual Studio Core and other Development tools.
• 8y+ experience in C# programming and SQL databases and SOA technologies
• Strong experience with HTML5, TypeScript, AngularJS
• Strong experience in Test Driven Development
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD with tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, AWS Code Deploy
• Willingness to learn new software development practices, languages, and tools
• Advanced spoken and written English language skills
• Ability to work remotely and actively manage several concurrent customer engagements
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites

Desired Characteristics

• Strong experience in performances optimization, such as SQL performance analyzer and object execution statistics
• Experience with GE Digital's Manufacturing Executions System
• Certification in Agile CSPO or IIBA
• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect or Visio UML
• Experience in UI and UX, mockups with tools through Balsamiq or other similar tools
• Knowledge of IoT Applications on a Cloud Platform
• Experience in cloud technologies and usage of Azure or AWS
• Strong knowledge of JIRA and Azure Devops
• Experience with TDD, BDD, Selenium, NUnit, SpecFlow (or other test driven tools)
• Creative problem-solving abilities (Design Thinking)
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Additional language skills (French, German, etc.)
