Job Description Summary Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials according to production schedules (within Internal Manufacturing departments and (limited) from external Suppliers (limited). Plan and schedule material/production needs. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Refine, Define and help the team to executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage SAP master planning (factory wise) in terms of Production Planning ,processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and coordinate the weekly MPS Capacity needs  versus available  .
  
• Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  
• Contribute as team member in the optimization of inventory (raw material, WIP and FG) and process improvements.
  
• Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
  
• May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  
• Project based Interaction with Suppliers for Improvement activities ( on time delivery , logistics, communication, Inventory)
  
• Good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. Explains technical information to others.
  

Required Qualifications o             This role requires relevant experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
o             Relevant experience in ERP system , preferably SAP
o             Proficiency in MS Office

Desired Characteristics o             Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
o             knowledge of Smartsheets
