Job Description Summary As the Regulatory Data Coordinator, you will support the timely update of our regulatory data. You will need to communicate with a large Regulatory Affairs group, including external partners, to collect data on GE's submissions and approvals worldwide, and input the information into the RIM system.

Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Acts as 'data steward' and updates Regulatory Information Management system on behalf of external users without direct access to system
  • Communicates with external Regulatory Affairs partners to ensure maintenance of regulatory data
  • Checks data input by other users using reports as defined by supervisor
  • Opportunity to get involved in system upgrade projects, metrics collection and reporting and other initiatives led by the RIM team
  • Provides regular KPIs on specific business objectives
  • Reviews current processes and suggests both process and system improvements

Desirable skills
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Data entry and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data systems and good general computer skills.
  • Effective analytical skills and the ability to summarize information and offer solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate issues in English in an easy to understand manner.
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • After receiving intensive training, be able to work somewhat independently in a structured manner.
