About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.

You will provide support to the Business Development & Contracts team, whilst providing analytical market insight and assisting the UK Offshore Executive Team with the company strategy process.

This support includes, but is not limited to, assisting the Contract Performance Management team in delivering a first-class service to current customers in line with business performance expectations, as well as assisting the Bid team in responding to live opportunities.

Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:
• Working closely with the Contract Performance Management team, responsible for assisting with the management of key accounts to ensure delivery of the customers contracted services
• To ensure the business has - and keeps up to date - key market data, including but not limited to competitor and prospective customer information
• Working closely with the Offshore Executive Team, drive company Strategy process, providing analysis to allow "go-no go" decisions
• Assisting in responses to live opportunities

What do I need to do the role?
We would consider a school leaver with some work experience, although if you have administration experience, this would be beneficial.

On-the-job training will be provided.
