Identity Solutions engineer/Consultant -Fully remote

We are seeking an Identity Solutions engineer/Consultant to support the configuration, development, and management of identity related infrastructure and services.
This role will work with product managers, architects, software engineers, and DevOps engineers to understand business and technical requirements, architect, and design identity related solutions, and implement the approved solutions. This person filling this role must be able to think creatively, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to understand and accurately prioritize key bodies of work. This person will also be able to communicate with all pertinent team members, deliver solutions against aggressive timelines, and oversee the integration and consolidation of IAM / IDM systems, with a strong focus on Okta.



Responsibilities
* Integrate applications with Okta for SSO using SAML 2.0 or OIDC / OAuth 2.0
* Configure multifactor authentication solutions, including Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, Yubikey, and WebAuthN
* Develop integration solutions using Okta's Rest API's
* Integrate Okta with Active Directory or LDAP
* Configure identity providers with Okta via SAML 2.0 or OIDC
* Work with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements and ensure delivered solutions conform to all requirements
* Be creative in finding solutions to problems and be able to clearly communicate proposed solutions
* Administer and configure Okta
* Leverage Okta's APIs to script solutions, configurations, and modify the Okta tenant Required Skills * Excellent knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
* Deep knowledge of the Okta platform
* Excellent knowledge of Identity and Access Management practices * Excellent experience with LDAP / Active Directory and configuring solutions that integrate with Active Directory
* Experience working with Kerberos and Integrated Windows Authentication * Experience integrating applications for single sign-on (SSO)
* Experience scripting solutions to assist with application SSO integrations
* Experience using Okta's Rest API's, Postman, or other Rest clients
* Experience using Confluence and Jira to document requirements and execute on requirements
* Experience using Agile and LEAN practices and principles
* Ability to take a high-level idea and concept and turn it into a working solution
* Ability to work independently and appropriately escalate / ask questions and manage stakeholders * Experience working in an agile environment and with daily scrum meetings
* Ability to work with an international team
* Able to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and requirements Beneficial Skills
* Python scripting experience is strong plus
* Experience managing and deploying solutions to AWS
* Experience with AWS, Serverless, CloudFormation, Lambda, and API Gateways is a strong plus
