Test Manager - DV Cleared

We are looking for a DV cleared Test Manager to provide specialist testing advice and delivery and be accountable for managing testing activities on application or infrastructure projects within a program or service as part of a risk treatment and validation activity.
The role holder may be more focused on technical testing specialism or test management. Lead practitioners have capability in multiple advanced testing areas and/or work on medium complexity projects in a test management capacity.

Role Responsibilities include:
*Reports to the Chief Engineer and Project manager.
*Leads test and acceptance activities on a project to evaluate, deploy, test, support and enhance a small set of existing 3rd party applications, operating on Windows 10 UAD based operating environment.
*Produces the Test and Acceptance Strategy.
*Supports the definition of and execution of security vulnerability testing, including 3rd party testing.
*Generates the test reports for system test, factory Acceptance Test, Site Acceptance test.
*Preferably has experience working in a SAFe Agile and/or SCRUM environment.

Key Performance Indicators:
* Produces clear and unambiguous test plans associated with own areas of testing specialism or project that address project requirements and risks.
* Effectively communicates test plans and/or strategies throughout project & customer teams.
* Successfully delivers all testing activities identified in test plans within budget and timescale constraints.
* Accountable for accurate test cases that address clearly defined requirements.
* Accountable for test cases with an appropriate level of detail for the target audience responsible for test execution.
* Familiar with range of testing tools
* Contribution to bids and testing standards.
* Builds strong test teams (where accountable for test management)

Due to the nature of the role a DV clearance will be required to move forwards with this role. The role will start on an initial 6 month contract and will be based in Stevenage.
