About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Training Development Flight Administrator.
The position is part time 25 hours. Mon-Fri 09:00hrs-14:00hrs .
You'll support the Recruit Training Squadron (RTS) Training Officer (TO) in the daily administrative functions of training development flight.
• Maintain inventory of all RTS training delivery materials and accurately forecast the financial plan to maintain and renew equipment.
• Act as the communications and presentation technology specialist following AP3379.
• Act as the RTS Librarian (supporting the main Station library) in support of generic training and education requirements of staff and recruits following local procedures.
• Assisting the RTSTO with the design, delivery, and evaluation of Force Development (FD) Training activities.
• Implementing the Health and Safety Act (1974)
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need to be a strong communicator; verbal & written, comfortable working in a dynamic, customer focused environment and have the ability to prioritise.
Would also like you to hold experience in all or some of the following:
• Good knowledge of general office administrative processes and activities.
• Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of the military environment.
What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
