You will be required to produce statistical graphical information, questionnaires, memorandum, spread sheets, reports and letters via operation of a computer as well as visit stations, departments and Operational Communication Rooms in relation to research projects.

You will also be responsible for initiating and resolving enquiries and attending meetings as required on behalf of the Branch with other Divisions/Departments, Agencies and other Forces throughout the county on matters of Call Handling, Command and Control, Crime Recording, policies and procedures, giving appropriate advice and information.

The successful candidate should have a good general standard of education, detailed working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases as well as excellent keyboard skills. It is essential for this role that you have carried out tasks including researching, collating, evaluating, monitoring, processing information and project work.
