Adult Care Finance Team

Here at Serco, we're looking for a Finance Assistant to join us at Lincolnshire County Council. Reporting into the Adult Care Senior Assistant, this role will provide finance administration to support the adult care function and ensure that all applications and referrals are processed and assessed accordingly.

As the Finance Assistant, you will collect and collate necessary information to assess a service user's entitlement to financial support, meeting specified deadlines. As part of the role you will also deal with correspondence and daily inbound/outbound telephone enquiries of a personal and confidential nature. You will also be expected to process assessments accurately and work with your colleagues in reviewing and updating assessments procedures.

This role requires someone who has strong administrative skills and is looking to develop within the finance sector!

What you'll need to do the role
You will be interested in progressing within a career in finance and ideally have some finance or strong administrative experience. You will also have strong communication, administrative and customer care skills!
