We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Client based in Filton to deliver on client's commitments to the customer. The team are looking for an individual with experience in the complete recruitment process. With a proven track record in customer service, the successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong customer and supplier relationships, ensuring the delivery of operational objectives.

The Early Careers recruitment team are responsible for recruiting high volumes of Graduates and Apprentices for both Clients commercial and Defence & Space divisions. The recruitment of talented early careers profiles is considered a top business priority, therefore within this role you will be given a unique opportunity to play a key and instrumental role in helping us achieve this goal.

The role is fast paced, varied and rewarding where you will work alongside supportive and experienced recruiters in order to ensure successful delivery of an early careers recruitment campaign.

Responsibilities

● Partner with hiring managers to understand the organisation's needs and help to build job profiles that meet business needs

● Create attractive, compliant and diversity-friendly job adverts to promote the jobs and screen applications

● Assess the potential of candidates by using the latest tools and technologies

● You will be involved in the content creation, organisation and delivery of assessment centres, ensuring we recruit the best talent and provide a market leading candidates experience

● Actively contribute to the candidate selection and decision making process

● Proactive stakeholder management - this is essential to the success of the annual Early Careers recruitment campaign!

● Active involvement in employment marketing activities e.g. career fairs

● Via our Employment Communities of Practice become a key contributor in innovative, international and cross-divisional talent acquisition and employment marketing projects

This role may involve occasional travel for meetings and to support interviews/events.

Skills/Experience

● A background in in-house recruitment, talent acquisition or similar

● Ideally, you will have previous experience of recruiting early careers profiles (Graduates and Apprentices) and have an understanding of this market

● Experienced in managing high volume recruitment

● Good understanding of standard recruitment practices and experience managing key stakeholders

● Strong communication and organisational skills essential
