Job Details

We are recruiting for a Service Analyst to work with suppliers and the IS sub-function for the delivery of operational services against SLA's that are underpinned within the contracts that we have with suppliers under Managed Services, including financial analysis against invoices provided.

The role also contributes and maintains the SLA's and OLA's within the managed services so as to define and deliver against AWE customer requirements.

Location - Reading area

Salary from £33950 to £40000 per annum

Key Accountabilities:

* 'Own' customers of delivered services on behalf of IS.

* Production and management of Service Level Agreements and ensure delivery.

* Production and management of Operating Level Agreements and ensure delivery.

* Ensure communication to the business of Service outage, change and availability to business and to the IS teams.

* Ensure escalation point for the business is available, providing resolution of issues and any required communication.

* All - maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality and be a great team player.

* Additional accountabilities for this job profile may be defined and appointed through the Chief Engineer Management Arrangements, with appointees listed within the Company Design Authorities and Technical Authorities, as held in the company management system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure communication to the business of Service outage, change and availability to business and to the IS teams.

* Ensure escalation point for the business is available, providing resolution of issues and any required communications.

* Support all projects delivering new or changed services in meeting required IS operational running requirements.
