New exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Support Specialist on a Temporary contract for 23 Months based in our Birmingham office, with remote working available.

You will be responsible for managing a small team of support staff in a specialist team. You will also be responsible for the quality of service and compliance to operational level agreements in your area.

Key Accountability's:

  • Business awareness. Maintains a clear understanding of how the specialist area fits within Fujitsu to ensure it meets the requirements.
    * Monitoring Workload. Monitors own workload and/or that or the team, recognises changing priorities and manages the workload accordingly in order to achieve team targets and continue to provide a quality service.
    * Technical capability. Maintains knowledge of the specialised area to help ensure the service to the company operates effectively and problem resolution and maintenance of service availability is maintained.
    * Analysis and diagnosing problems or issues Analysis of complex issues, both technical and non-technical, which relate to the service provided, makes a diagnosis and recommends a resolution for the unit, area or team.
    * Escalation process. Manages the escalation process for issues and deals with the problems and issues affecting the availability of service. May establish a change in processes, standards or practices to ensure the service provided meets requirements of the business.
    * Team lead role. Manages, motivates and develops a team of support staff directly in order to provide direction, ensure the team achieve their objectives and to constantly improve quality of service.
    * Personal Development. Actively seeks personal development and contributes to personal development activities of others

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Team Management experience and ability to lead a small team
  • Experience working with suppliers, and level agreements
  • Experience with Microsoft packages (Excel, Work, Office etc)
  • Ability yo work within a fast and pressured environment
  • Extensive Administration / Business Specialist background
