My client urgently requires Customer Service Representatives to work in the telephone department of an inbound call support term for banking customers.

START: ASAP
DURATION: 3 MONTHS (POSSIBLE CONVERSION TO PERMANENT)
RATE: £12 - £13 PER HOUR
LOCATION: PETERLEE (INITIALLY REMOTE)
INSIDE IR35
SHIFTS:
6 week rolling shift pattern - some weeks work longer hours and others work shorter
Mix of shifts between 8am - 10pm - open to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday but will be open later including Saturday and Sunday t
1 early weekend and 1 late weekend and 2 part weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
Flexibility with shifts

Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer facing environment - internet at home
Ensure can attend all the training - can't miss a day.

The purpose of the role is to service existing banking customers and provide effective resolution to customer queries about their active loans in an effective, efficient and courteous manner. *Provide excellent customer service to LBG Loans customers in a courteous, effective and timely manner to ensure all enquires are resolved at first point of contact
*Apply knowledge as trained to meet customer needs
*Take responsibility for handling customers confidential information
*Develop a working knowledge of the Customer Service systems
*Achieve Key Performance Indicator targets to meet business goals and objectives
*Contribute ideas/suggestions for continuous improvement in systems and procedures within the centre
*Be a team player and considerate of others
