6 Month FTC (with the potential to move into a permanent position)

£19,000 -£23,000 per annum + Benefits

This position is currently home based due to the pandemic, however you will need to be able to travel into our offices in either the Liverpool or Greater Manchester area in the future.

Here at Serco we are looking for a Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our successful OutPerform Solutions Team. Our OutPerfrom Solutions Team is an integral part of our Customer Services business unit which aims to provide scale, flexibility and access to the latest digital services for our customers - we are growing rapidly in Customer Services and our aim is to become an industry leader in the field.

As Service Delivery Co-ordinator you will provide support and assurance to for site specific administration and first line planning administration in relation to the Data base. You will undertake the processing of administration requests that include, holiday scheduling, adjustments to agent agendas, structure changes and changes to agents work patterns. You will provide support to the operational team leaders and duty managers on the day to day revisions of agent's performance to help balance business performance through break optimisation and facilitation of administering overtime, unpaid leave and toil.

What you'll need to do the role

You must have a strong understanding and experience using Microsoft Excel and hold a background in administration. Previous experience of planning or using workforce management systems would be advantageous.

You will need to be someone that embraces teamwork and thrives in a team environment. The successful Service Delivery Co-ordinator will communicate well with others and be highly organised.
