Reporting into the BD Director, you'll be responsible for engaging and growing our existing accounts, by nurturing existing relationships you'll ensure ExperienceLab are our client's agency of choice. Working with a long list for major brands, there is a big untapped opportunity in the development of new contacts within existing accounts, and in the creation of new relationships with new businesses. Our conversion rate is high, and our product is in demand, but we need to drive reach and engagement and deliver a great client experience, to drive the growth of ExperienceLab, and your role as Account Manager is fundamental to this. You'll be responsible for the sales cycle from client research, prospecting, lead generation and introductory meetings, through to proposal development, account onboarding and expansion.

This is a new and highly unique opportunity, in which you'll gain great exposure working with key stakeholders of large brands to secure meaningful research, design and innovation projects.

What you'll need to do the role:

If you are already an experienced Client/Account Manager from an agency/consultancy background, then we want to hear from you! An understanding of UX Research, UX Design and Evaluative Research (user testing) is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced professional, who has a successful track record in developing and managing new and existing accounts as well as prospecting to create new relationships with those clients. Experience delivering introductory meetings, credential presentations, briefing calls as well as the ability to walk clients through the briefing process is essential. In addition to this you will have demonstrable experience tracking and evaluating marketing performance to calculate return on investment and improve future activity.
