About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Enrolment Team Leader.
The main purpose of your role is to manage the end to end process for Apprenticeship leads and quality and performance of the Central Enrolment Team.You'll be managing a team of Business Advisors.
Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:
• Establish and manage the team to achieve targets related to Apprenticeship enrolments
• Analyse individual team member performance to identify learning and development for individual team members
• Identify industry best practice within the apprenticeship enrolment team
• Collate and analyse data within prescribed timescales covering all aspects of the lead to enrolment processes to provide regular and ad hoc reports to inform and, where appropriate, influence decision-making
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need experience of managing a customer service based team within a similar industry.
Would also like you to have experience in the following:
• Knowledge and understanding of government funded training and apprenticeship programmes
• Proven ability to exceed individual and team KPIs
• Experience of people and performance management
What else do I need to know?
• The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
