Job Details

An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Herts Local Change Team (LCT). The post offers an opportunity to work as part of a team of Officers and Police staff who are responsible for delivering change initiatives across Hertfordshire Constabulary.

The post involves working on and contributing to the delivery of a range of projects which includes liaison and engagement with departments across the organisation, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. Applicants must be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and experienced in data collection, from a variety of sources, and the interpretation of sourced data which will need to be accurately presented in support of the delivery of strategic priorities. A sound working knowledge and experience in report writing is required as the post involves the compiling of evidence-based reports to support options and recommendations to enable the efficient provision of service and contribute to achieving the Force's vision, purpose and values.

There is also a requirement to organise and support the facilitation of events linked to projects.

The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated individual, who is responsive to change and has the ability to work using their own initiative by prioritising their workload to ensure they are able to manage the various projects that are being working on.

The successful candidate will be located at Police Headquarters, Welwyn Garden City.
