WHO WE ARE?

We are recruiting a Software Architect to work with an industry leading cyber / defence company.

WHAT WILL THE SOFTWARE ARCHITECT BE DOING?

As a Software Architect, you will be acting as the ‘voice of the customer’, liaising with Delivery teams to develop winning propositions. You will also be leading the production of technical proposals and bids.

WE NEED THE SOFTWARE ARCHITECT TO HAVE….

• Current SC clearance or be clearable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience as an architect with medium to large customers
• Experience working in defence and public sector domains
• Experience of cloud architecture such as AWS, Azure or GCP
• Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

WE WOULD LIKE THE SOFTWARE ARCHITECT TO HAVE….

•Experience and demonstrable knowledge in the Space Sector in areas such as Communications systems, Satcom development, bespoke payload development and hardware support.

•Ability to develop system models to support system requirements, design, analysis, verification, and validation activities throughout the customers life cycle phases and TRL maturity.

•Ability to adapt your system design skills to switch focus between specific areas of business challenge or opportunity, spanning a range of existing and emerging technologies including (but not limited to) applications, middleware, cloud computing, search, machine automation, and analytics
