Full time - fixed term contract for 9 months

£26,000 plus benefits

Working closely with the Defence HR Director and HR Business Partners, we're currently recruiting for an HR Support Officer for an FTC to work across administrative, project support and reporting tasks.

With potential opportunities beyond the initial contract, this individual will look to support the Defence HR Director in diary management, while ensuring that agendas are prepared, and attendee material are available and circulated ahead of meetings.

Working closely with the Defence HR Business Partners also, the role of HR Support will also look to carry out certain reporting activities, assist with pay reviews, and also support in reviewing and delivering engagement surveys for the business.

What we are looking for

This is an opportunity for someone who is familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel), to have a real impact by supporting the team around them. While experience within a similar role (and similar environment) would be very useful, it's crucial that this individual is eager to learn, while also being proactive with tasks and able to work to meet deadline.
