The Role of a Business Analyst (Requirements Traceability Analyst)
Your role as a Business Analyst (Requirement Traceability Manager), with demonstrable experience of supporting complex technology delivery projects; ideally with a mobile telecommunications background.
It is required that all people working within the team, perform their roles according to the overarching principles and ways of working with suppliers and customers, and in line with the collaborative behaviour’s framework.
Essential Criteria-
Strong BA background and experience of requirements traceability management
Ideally have worked in Technology Projects
End to end Requirements Management for 1000’s of requirements
Mainly across Supplier/Users

· BCS Business Analysis · APMG Project Management · Prince 2 Practitioner or Foundation Typical Role ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will report to the Requirements Traceability Lead on the Programme, will be accountable for their own work and have responsibility for the following:

Lead engagement with individual projects to undertake traceability assurance based on delivery of contracted schedule requirements
Manage assurance processes to ensure traceability integrity horizontally and vertically between all levels of requirements within requirements hierarchy
Manage approach for and undertake mapping of requirements to delivery components
Identify potential issues (e.g., gaps in requirements delivery) and escalate as appropriate
Management of Cradle database content for specific Suppliers and Projects, owning the ‘single source of the truth’ for all in-scope requirements, including change control and configuration management
Ensure Cradle database is up to date with latest supplier contractual requirements information and traceability assurance artefacts received from Suppliers and Projects
Define and execute Cradle queries for regular programme reporting and preparation of bespoke Authority reports (as and when required)
Manage requirements engagement within Quality Assurance workstream to support Operation Validation and Operational Evaluation activities in providing assurance to End Users
Participate with wider Integrated Programme Planning activity to ensure inbound and outbound Traceability dependencies are effectively managed
Provide input into Unified Deliver Assurance group, to advise on assurance process, results and issues for resolution
Please note, successful candidates will be expected to go through vetting and Security Clearance. The role is initially remote as the Home office transitions to a hybrid working model
