SC Cleared Desktop Support Analyst/ Network Analyst Inside IR35

Contract Term: 9 Months

As an Desktop Support Analyst/Network Analyst your main responsibilities would be: 

  • To ensure Incidents and Service Requests are resolved within agreed time scales set out by the service operating level agreement.
  • To document all incident and change request resolutions to ensure knowledge data base is up-to date.
  • To provide technical support based on problem tickets raised.
  • To perform routine housekeeping and vulnerability patching.
  • To produce status report and MI where required.
  • To install bespoke applications.
  • To respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • To maintain systems security in accordance with security policies and legislation.
  • To provide general helpdesk services- logging calls fixing faults/generating accounts/networking/desktop support
  • Involvement with Windows 10 roll out

You’ll have relevant experience in:

  • Windows based environments, e.g. windows 7 windows 10
  • Helpdesk support
  • Configuring PC’s for use
  • Cisco would be desirable
