Discover, identify and categorise existing applications on the alliance network
To capture data-flows between the transactional service applications and where data is exported and consumed by other applications outside of the TAS arena
To detail which application requirements for the Police transactional service applications (HR, Finance, Learning & Development, Workforce Management, Payroll, Pensions and Talent Management)
To engage with an application vendors and SME resources to perform the migration of application data and applications from the Alliance network to a new landing zone
To perform detailed business and technical requirements capture, and working with the Solutions Architect, translate these into a workable implementation design To migrate applications and services to the new network
To support deployment, testing and operational handover of the applications and services To transition the new applications and services into live use by the force by September 2021
