The Role of a Business Analyst

Your role as a Business Analyst will be responsible for leading on the business process and design delivery for (CSP) projects into Operations as well as other HOCS initiatives.

The post holder will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams across CSP and will develop strong capability in analysis and insight by tracking progress, tackling issues and promoting best practice across the programme.

 

 

Essential Criteria:

?? Lead and support on the delivery of business process and design for all CSP projects

?? Support on embedding quality BA standards and practices within the CSP

?? Support on other initiatives

?? Mentor and coach the CSP team

?? Solid BA, strong in creating user stories and story  management

??JIRA, SharePoint, MS Project Online are essential tools

?? IT Systems delivery: cybersecurity would be ideal 

?? Recent experience of working in the delivery of technology and cyber security

?? Building strong relationships with the ability to understand, empathise, negotiate and influence individuals and groups

?? ?????????????????????Eliciting requirements and needs and leading investigations and implementations of changes to programme scope

 

 

Expected Qualifications and Professional Memberships include:

ACTIVE SC CLEARANCEPRINCE2 (Practitioner)
• BCS Business Analysis
• APMG Project Management
