SC Project Manager
Inside IR35
Must hold SC
Newport/Tichfield
6 month contract

You will lead / manage the project and the project team on a day-to-day basis. The driving and overseeing the delivery of the project to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints. You will have a key role in project governance and working with stakeholders, to ensure the agreed project outputs are delivered to enable benefits to be realised.

The programme of work consists of four workstrands:
1)Hybrid working
Hybrid working is a preferred next stage, guided by the Smarter Working in a Modern Civil Service programme led by GPA and Cabinet Office. All Government Departments are currently considering their hybrid working plans and we are linking to these agendas to ensure cross Civil Service (CS) consistency.
2)London
Roles and the location of next office
3)Other locations now and future .
4)Evolving the Workplace
Shaping the spaces we occupy in the way which supports hybrid working and maximised value for money from our estate.

Skills:
Be expert in effectively managing relationships with senior stakeholders with a proven track record of influencing complex issues and producing clear dynamic insightful reporting, briefing and advice.
Have strong leadership skills with experience of managing stakeholders and teams with different technical interests.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven record of establishing, building and maintaining strong, collaborative and productive relationships at all levels of the business;
Have a proven ability of organising a complex workload, prioritising, and managing rapidly changing demands and priorities to deliver valued outcomes at pace
Clear evidence of maintaining delivery momentum, using your planning and dependency management skills to actively address complex risks, issues and dependencies including understanding and influencing where ownership exist
