Role: Senior Programme Manager

Location: Countrywide - Bristol offices.

Salary: Up to £95,000

We're working with a leading UK based defence client that is looking for a Senior Programme Manager/Programme Director to join them this year.

Following a number of announcements from the MoD in November and December, the company are looking to expand in multiple areas across Maritime, Land & Air and looking for individuals with experience of delivering highly complex multi-stakeholder projects directly to MoD as well as complex sub-contract relationships.

Although the background of the individual could be service agnostic this will best suit someone who has been involved in large systems and technical deliveries and is interested in either taking a step up from there current role and taking hold of one of a number of high-value programmes or someone who is looking for a change of role or company.

The role can be carried out in part remote with an office in Bristol and travel to key delivery sites in Portsmouth for the Royal Navy.

The role comes with the opportunity to be involved at project inception and build a team around you to deliver some of the leading defence technology in the field.

The company themselves can offer an environment without ceilings and as growth continues plenty of scope to move into Head of or Director level opportunities.
