Interim Recruitment Specialist  - Remote Working

Pay Rate: Up to £376.79 max per day pay range subject to IR35 status

Swindon / home-based, IT equipment will need to be picked up from Swindon. Some rare travel to other office locations might be required.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure that all best practises are shared across the board demonstrating the most effective way of using this information
  • Assisting departments to obtain, retain and develop competent, well-qualified professional staff
  • To promote and facilitate cross-fertilisation among related groups
  • Developing and run interview training for mainstream recruitment, maintaining the annual requirements
  • To chair interviews and ensure consistency between panels, preparing board reports, and giving feedback to interviewers if necessary.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of different areas of recruitment, ideally central government ministry
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Working knowledge of Fieldglass is desirable
