You will work on a secure site near Reading so an active SC Clearance is essential.

1st Line Support Engineer - SC cleared Job summary:

As the 1st line software support engineer you will be providing Help desk/Web support through remote tools, telephone assistance and email support.

Ownership and management of tickets, including responsibility for the resolution and escalation within contracted SLAs.

Essential skills/qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office
  • Previous experience in a 1st Line role
  • Experience using Active Directory
  • Strong communication skills and customer service

Hours:

Core hours are 8am-6pm.

Alternate weeks - Monday to Friday, then Monday to Thursday.
