Job Description Summary As part of EMEA Service Digital Solutions team, you are the functional and technical Lead for Digital Solutions across EMEA Services Organization (Service Delivery software tools). You are responsible for driving requirements, development, deployment, maintenance and enhancements of those solutions. The aim is to optimise our service delivery for better customer experience and provide flexible tools aligned with up to date technology.

Job Description Responsibilities
  • Define the project plan, communicate project status to leadership team
  • Gather the Voice of Customers in EMEA region and prioritize requirements for any new feature or enhancement of existing feature
  • Develop tool and/or lead outsourced development including unit & integration testing
  • Lead functional testing: define test strategy & coverage, feature testing and wing to wing testing when applicable, monitor defects
  • Drive deployment in the regions: pilots, training sessions, user feedbacks collection
  • Drive resolution for any escalation coming from the end-users
  • Maintain tool in alignment with Digital Technology rules and infrastructure evolution
  • Ensure tool is compliant with Medical Device and Data Protection regulations
  • Work closely with other Service project leaders to ensure efficient wing to wing service operation
  • Work closely with Technology teams to propose best architecture and infrastructure for the tool

Qualifications and experience
  • Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science along with significant experience in such fields.
  • Experience with Python, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Java
  • Database management and solid knowledge of SQL
  • Experience in software project management
  • Experience in writing specifications and test scripts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adaptability
  • Effective communication skills, including training and presentation skills
