Job Details

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our forward-thinking HR Data and Digital Systems department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced leader, with excellent stakeholder, supplier and project management skills, to join us on a fixed-term 12 months contract to manage the transition of the new Duties, Annual Leave, Flexi Time and Overtime system (CARM) from implementation into business-as-usual.

As Systems Manager you will manage the CARM systems team and;

Becoming an expert in the system functionality you will work with key stakeholders, ICT and the Supplier to ensure the stability and performance of the systems by applying any agreed configuration changes, gathering requirements, and processes mapping with the view to alignment across Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire Constabulary and Hertfordshire Constabulary

Manage the loss of integration with other systems in order to minimise the impact on the business

Manage interdependencies with other systems

Review the Integration Tool feeds

Ensure the successful implementation of Go Live CARM reporting, and monitor new requirements raised post Go Live

Plan, and assist in the execution of, required upgrades to ensure excellent customer service

Monitor and resolve common errors to reduce pressure on key departments

Address outstanding Project Implementation Deliverables
