Job Description Summary As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be involved in the assessment of the offers received by public or private hospitals, and in the optimisation and simplification of the Tender Process. The role also owns the AST process to raise payments to external parties and offers support in event/congresses planning and coordination.

Job Description Responsibilities
- Ensure all tenders reach the sales team and that no opportunities are missed
- Evaluation of tender documents to detect red flags
- Responsible of allocation of tender documents in the available tool
- Update and manage provider register online
- Preparation of offers
- Support in consolidating all technical information
- Point of reference for requests coming from dealer relating to tender preparation
- Tracking of tenders and ensuring deadlines are respected
- Raising workflows to healthcare professional speakers and suppliers
- Ownership of payment workflow process
- Be the point of contact for customers regarding invoices
- National events and congress planning support
Qualifications and experience
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities and to work under pressure, accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills, flexible attitude
- Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction, problem solver
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Process oriented

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
